Hear the chilling ‘Déjà Vu, in reverse’ from his upcoming EP on Hospital Productions.

Since adopting the name Dedekind Cut, Lee Bannon has explored the most shadowy and fractured music of his career. Now he’ll sink even further into the sound born on last year’s tHot eNhançeR with American Zen, a new EP out March 27. The EP will be released on cassette through Prurient/Vatican Shadow mastermind Dominick Fernow’s Hospital Productions (with an exclusive bonus track) and digitally via Ninja Tune.

American Zen comes only a few weeks after Dedekind Cut delivered the nightmarish, but revelatory mix Black History Month In 3D and will be followed by a full length album on Ninja Tune this fall.

Today he’s shared the American Zen track ‘Déjà Vu, in reverse’, which stretches rainy sound collages, ghostly techno and bleak soundscapes over 11 minutes. Stream it below and order the full EP through Bannon’s Bandcamp.
