South London grime MC NoLay has released ‘Dance With The Devil’, a new track that spreads awareness of domestic violence with a harrowing music video.

The video opens with statistics about domestic violence before NoLay delivers a narrative from the perspective of a woman murdered by her partner after thinking his abusive tendencies would change.

As the video warns, both the lyrics and the unflinching dramatization may be difficult for some viewers to watch. The video’s story was written by NoLay and co-directed by Marika Godwin and Josh of Jovis Music.
