Brooklyn noise-pop outfit Growing will release a new album, Pumps, in early April.

The LP, signed to Vice Recordings, is a whirlwind of tribal drum machine rhythms, vocal samples, synthesizers and effects-sozzled guitars, and features eight brand new tracks.

Growing is currently the trio of Joe DeNardo, Kevin Doria and Sadie Laska; you might know the latter from her collaborations with Gang Gang Dance’s Lizzy Bougatsos as I.U.D.. Pumps is the prolific outfit’s sixth “proper” album, and their first significant long-form work since 2008’s Lateral EP.
