In this week’s competition, we’re giving you the chance to win tickets to another of the world’s premier festivals, Mutek in Canada.

Mutek is an electronic music festival with the emphasis on live, rather than DJ, performances – in their own words, “focusing on the artists producing the music, on the craftsmanship that is behind the production.” It takes place from June 2 – 6.

The festival is hosted across several venues, this competition grants you entry to the core Nocturne series from Wednesday to Sunday, where you’ll have the chance to check out house and techno royalty (Moritz Von Oswald, Theo Parrish, Matias Aguayo, Nathan Fake, Henrik Schwarz, Move D, Dixon and more), the best in contemporary experimental music (Mouse on Mars) and some of the most dynamic artists from the UK (Ikonika, Actress, King Midas Sound and Demdike Stare, who’ll all be playing FACT’s Mutek party that week with Shed). Plus a lot more.

Elsewhere, you’ll find DJ Koze, Pepe Bradock, Matmos, Tim Hecker and The Caretaker – basically, if you’re in North America at the time of Mutek, entry is essential.
