NYC rapper-producer’s debut is now streaming.

Le1f, a New York emcee recently highlighted in Pitchfork‘s profile of NYC’s nascent queer rap scene, is releasing his debut mixtape, Dark York next week, but the tape is now available to stream. It’s full of nimble, esoteric, sometimes wryly humorous raps, often focused on the conflux of gender, race, and sexuality, over sharp, bass-driven beats from the likes Nguzunguzu, 5kinandbone5, frequent collaborator Boody, and Le1f himself.

The mixtape will be available to download via Greedhead on Monday, but you can stream the mixtape now at The Fader.
