Playing at Cleveland’s House of Blues, Vampire Weekend gave concertgoers their first taste of the tentatively-titled LP3.

‘New Song #2’ (as titled by a Youtube uploader) finds Vampire Weekend doing what they do best: sunny Highlife instrumentation and catchy sing-along melodies. Brassy keys and acoustic chords propel the song until a syncopated, hand-clapped outro puts a bow on it.

Judging by this new song, the band didn’t lose a step after the band spent the last two plus years developing side projects.
