A.K.A. The track with that roulette wheel drop. 

Netherlands’ duo Bassjackers’ ‘Klambu’, a collaboration with fellow Dutchman Apster, was every UK Funky DJ’s secret weapon for a while. Only available digitally or on one of those UK Funky Must Haves bootleg singles – this was when most UK DJs were still playing vinyl, remember – seeing faces drop when this hit at clubnights like Rinse FM’s short-lived Funky special Beyond was  priceless.

Anyway, today sees a refix of the track from the king of gun-metal Funky, Beneath, hit the net. As you might expect, he’s kept that unbeatable percussion melody, but beefed up the low end and added the kind of icy atmospherics that he does so well.
