Three slow-motion drownings: sounds about right for an xx video. The clip is directed by Young Replicant, the LA production team behind Purity Ring’s Promethean ‘Fineshrine’ video.

‘Chained’ was made in conjunction with The Creators Project, a partnership between Intel and Vice. The xx will start a European tour next month.
