Republican presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson is launching a 60-second advertisement that will air on urban radio in eight markets this Friday. The announcer-rapper encourages black people to “vote!” over a bed of boom bap and Carson speech snippets. As ever, 30 Rock did it first.
