New beats by Dre?

LA polymath Anderson .Paak has revealed that Dr. Dre is “currently doing a lot of work right now.”

Paak said he “couldn’t really speak on it” but confirmed the former NWA man was working on new music – his first since last year’s long-awaited comeback album, Compton, on which .Paak makes an appearance.

In January, .Paak signed to Dr. Dre’s Aftermath records and it was unveiled during the interview that the pair have been recently working together, with .Paak gushing that Dre’s “the realest.” “He’s all about the music,” he said.

Anderson .Paak released his debut LP in 2014, with a second solo effort, Malibu hitting the shelves in January this year. A debut album alongside Knxwledge for their NxWorries collaboration is also scheduled for later this year via Stones Throw.
