Prince looks set to bring a stripped-back take on his legendary live show to Europe this month.

The Prince Spotlight: Piano & A Microphone tour will reportedly start at Vienna’s Konzerthaus on November 21 and include four UK shows in Glasgow, Liverpool, Birmingham and London, as well as gigs at Barcelona’s Teatro Liceo on December 13 and Brussels’ Royal Circus on December 22.

There will also be shows in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, France and Germany, reports TLOBF.

The news leaked out during a party at his Paisley Park Studios over the weekend, with a tweet from 3RDEYEGIRL seemingly confirming the plans: “Prince alone with his piano was epic. You could hear a pin drop.”

Prince told reporters that the performances will be “more naked, more pure. You can see exactly what you get”, El Pais reports.
