M.I.A. is “the real Spice Girl”, apparently.

While we haven’t yet heard ‘POWA’, M.I.A.’s forthcoming single, she’s now shared the lyric sheet with a tantalizing 10-second clip of the track on Twitter.

It’s a typically barbed track for the politically-charged artist, parring pop cultural figures like Rihanna, Madonna, Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande and criticizing the world’s fragile political climate.

“I’m not Obama / I’m not Osama / Monstato farmer,” she sings, noting recent events with “I’m not your enemy FBI checking me” and calling for “posers” not to “erase us”. It’s powerful stuff and you can read the entire thing below.
