Underage Festival (which is exactly what it sounds like) has been cancelled.

The London music festival for those under 18 was originally scheduled for August 31 in Victoria Park. Due to the Olympics, the event was to be moved to Shoreditch Park. However, a statement from the festival holds that: “Unforeseen circumstances with our site hire contract mean we are no longer able to meet production levels and we do not want to risk the safety and smooth running of an event for 13-18 year olds.”

The lineup for the festival was not strictly underage and included Rustie, Jessie Ware, Disclosure, Friends, Iceage, and Savages, among others. Thankfully, full refunds will be made at the point of purchase or from the Underage website. [via Clash]
