Owing to the venue going in administration, it was announced last week that Secretsundaze’s Go Bang! mini-festival would no longer be taking place at the London Pleasure Gardens.

Fear not though, for the unshakeable London promoters have now announced a new venue for the festival – or two, to be precise.

The daytime portion of the festival – from 12pm-10.30pm – will take place at the Roundhouse; audiences will then decamp to Proud Camden for the remainder of the night, from 10pm-4am.

As a result, the festival will no longer be outdoors – although given the quality of the British summer this year, that may be no bad thing. But the promoters have taken steps to make the daytime portion of the event as summery as possible: they will apparently transform the Roundhouse by letting sunlight stream in through “skylights and glazed side panels that usually remain covered”.

Sadly, owing to the festival’s earlier finish time, DVS1 will no longer be performing.

The festival takes place on August 26, and features a stunning array of house and techno talent including Four Tet, MCDE, Levon Vincent and Ben UFO. Tickets are still available, and can be found here.
