On October 19, London promo team and editorial website Hyponik will celebrate 10 years with a party at East London venue Birthdays.

The headliner for night is being kept secret for now, though a press release states that this guest’s career has “spanned the past 10 years of development, finding a home on one of the UK’s finest independent labels in the form of Hyperdub Recordings, providing the very finest bass inflections and UK funky mutations as standard”, so you can probably make an educated guess at their identity.

Also on the bill is Brackles [above], the Rinse artist with one of the best garage collections we know, digger-turned-house musician of the moment Mr. Beatnick and Lakosa, an up-and-comer whose productions with IO have been impressive to say the least.
