Further Down the Spiral.
Trent Reznor’s expansive musical taste has always been his greatest asset, and it looks like this breadth of influence is going to make new Nine Inch Nails LP Hesitation Marks a truly bizarre experience. The tracklist and credits have now been leaked, and by the looks of things Fleetwood Mac’s Lindsey Buckingham is set to feature, as is King Crimson’s Adrian Belew (who recently dropped out of the band’s line-up) and bassist Pino Palladino, who is best known for performing with The Who and D’Angelo.
The album will be produced by Trent Reznor himself as usual, with help from regular collaborator Atticus Ross and Alan Moulder.
Hesitation Marks will be released on September 3 via Columbia. [via Rolling Stone]
