Wellington mob Fat Freddy’s Drop have announced a pair of new 12″s, leading up to the group’s biggest headline show to date at London’s Alexandra Palace.

The first of those singles features a remix of ‘Mother Mother’, taken from FFD’s third album Blackbird, by house touchstone Theo Parrish. Over 10 minutes, Parrish does what Parrish does best: slow groove, cutting hi-hats, horn section. Job done.

On the other 12″, ‘Mother Mother’ gets remixed by Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy and Andy Yamwho?, while Ashley Beedle and Darren Morris tackle ‘Never Moving’ on the flip.
