Burial's unreleased 'Lambeth' will appear on final Hyperdub compilation

Kode9 reveals the final piece in the puzzle.

Burial’s unreleased track ‘Lambeth’ will appear on Hyperdub 10.4, the final compilation from the label as it wraps up a year of 10th anniversary celebrations.

Hyperdub chief Steve Goodman revealed the track on Benji B’s Radio 1 show last night, which was dedicated to the label’s roster with cuts from Cooly G, Fatima Al Qadiri, Fhloston Paradigm, DJ Spinn and many more.

“It’s Burial beats [but] the music on top of it is maybe different to what people are expecting from the last few releases he’s done, which have been more like montages, cut-up of different tracks. This is relatively straightforward,” says Kode. Listen from around 1:43.
