The pop icon releases another track from Nothing Has Changed.

David Bowie has unveiled the second single from his forthcoming compilation. ”Tis Pity She Was A Whore’, titled in reference to the 17th century play by John Ford, sees Bowie shaking off the loose jazz of his previous single, the epic ‘Sue (In A Season Of Crime)’, in favour of percussion-driven, clangorous art-rock. It’s Bowie on solid form, we can confirm.

The track is available to download from iTunes now ahead of the release of the three-disc Nothing Has Changed on November 17. The compilation charts Bowie’s output from 1964 to 2014 and features a smattering of rarities. Check out the clever artwork by designer Jonathan Barnbrook. [via NME]
