The Blood Orange artist has provided the score for the short film, described as an “ambient portrait.”

Filmmaker Aaron Stewart-Ahn has created a short film documenting a New York City protest against the Ferguson Grand Jury decision on November 25.

Devonté Hynes has lent his talents to the short film, with his improvised piano solo performed at the Brooklyn Academy of Music serving as the film’s soundtrack.

The film is dedicated to Mike Brown, Eric Garner, Akai Gurley, Tamir Rice, Ramarley Graham, Oscar Grant, Kimani Gray and Trayvon Martin. You can watch it above. [via Pitchfork]
