Anthony 'Shake' Shakir's classic <em>Club Scam</em> EP to be reissued

Anthony ‘Shake’ Shakir’s seminal Club Scam EP will be get a fresh pressing early next month.

The four-track EP originally came out in 1993 via Trance Fusion, a sub-label of Kevin Saunderson’s KMS Records imprint. The upcoming reissue will be handled by Trance Fusion with the blessing of KMS.

The Club Scam EP was one of Shakir’s first ever releases, arriving in the same year as his 5% Solution EP on Metroplex. The A-side of the record is reserved for alternate versions of the classic, B52s-sampling ‘That’s What I Want’ whilst the flip contains two more meditative tracks.

The Club Scam EP reissue will be available on February 2. You can check the tracklist and hear the A1 cut below.
