In a last-minute addition, Kanye West will perform a track from his new album at tonight’s Brit Awards in London.

The show’s line-up already includes his NBF Taylor Swift as well as performances from Madonna, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Paloma Faith, Royal Blood, George Ezra and Take That.

The Mirror breathlessly reports that Kanye’s track is “so exclusive that only seven people were allowed to see him rehearse it.” He last performed at the Brits in 2006, when he turned up on the red carpet with a troupe of bikini-clad dancers covered in gold paint.

The awards air live tonight (February 25) at 8pm on ITV and will be streamed worldwide on YouTube. Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith are the favourites to win big, with both up for the best album and best solo male categories. We’ll have our fingers crossed for FKA twigs in the breakthrough act category.

Earlier this month Kanye debuted ‘Wolves’ in a Saturday Night Live performance with Vic Mensa and Sia.
