Bus driver Mark Jones says the rapper threatened to kill him.

Lil Wayne is currently in the midst of suing label Cash Money, but it looks like he’ll be dealing with a different lawsuit soon, according to TMZ. Mark Jones, a tour bus driver, is suing the rapper after events he says occurred during Wayne’s 2014 summer tour.

According to Jones, the incident started during the Buffalo stop of Wayne’s tour when he stopped to get gas. Wayne alledgedly was angered by this and verbally berated Jones, then threatened to pistol whip him and kill him. It culminated in Wayne holding a loaded, cocked gun on Jones, demanding to be taken to his hotel.

Jones is suing the rapper for assault, false imprisonment, and emotional distress. No word yet on Lil Wayne’s response, but check back for updates as they develop.
