If you’ve ever wondered what drugs are the most popular at different festivals, then a recent study from DrugAbuse.com offers some insight.

The wholly unscientific survey analysed Instagram posts made from 15 major music festivals from around the world and picked out those that mentioned or alluded to controlled substances. This data was then collated and presented in the handy infographic below.

As you’d expect, the results are fairly skewed towards US festivals, but it does confirm what most people already knew – that Burning Man is full of hippies on psychedelics and Electric Daisy Carnival is full of ravers on MDMA. Still, who knew that Mad Decent Block Party attendees were most likely to be on opioids? [via Billboard]
