ATL rapper says a second Rich Gang project is on the way.

Last year, Birdman brought together Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug for one of the year’s finest mixtapes, Rich Gang: Tha Tour, Pt. 1. The first Rich Gang project received universal praise from critics, with Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug demonstrating an invigorating chemistry throughout. The mixtape, produced by London On Da Track, was named FACT’s favourite of 2014.

The chances of a second Rich Gang project began to look slim when the two Atlanta stars had a falling out in March, but it appears as though Part 2 is on the way.

A day after releasing surprise mixtape Album Before the Album, Rich Homie Quan has posted a picture of himself on top of the Cash Money logo, hinting at a second Rich Gang mixtape in the caption. There is no mention of Young Thug, however, and the ‘Best Friend’ rapper’s involvement in the project is yet to be confirmed.
