User HypnoRitual has modified the keyboard to replace the speaker with an E-stim sex toy. According to the description, the “sounds” that would normally be generated by playing are instead used to create different sensations in the electrostimulation device. It’s currently available with a buy-it-now price of $229.

Before galloping to buy it, note that the description warns that it’s not a device for novices. For the experienced, however, it promises to offer quite a lot, as the most innocent-turned-chilling line boasts: “The sky is the limit, especially with the sampling feature.”
