Future’s love of cough syrup is no mystery, but it looks like that admiration might run both ways. Robitussin’s latest cough medicine ad shows a man in an elevator coughing an animated cloud of germs, but as Complex point out, the color scheme is familiar to anyone who’s seen Future’s album artwork. Maybe it’s just a coincidence, but as the ad says “It’s never just a cough”. You can watch below and decide for yourself.
