Since last year Suge Knight has remained in prison since a hit and run resulted in charges of murder and attempted murder. Though the initial court proceedings were dotted with dramatic moments including a collapse upon hearing his bail and claims that Knight “may have a brain tumor”, it’s been fairly quiet from his camp over the last few months.

Now, Knight claims he is being held in solitary confinement indefinitely without any outside contact, TMZ reports. The news came from acquired legal documents that Knight filed reportedly arguing that the L.A. County Sheriff in charge of the case has violated his human rights. More on this story as it develops.
