Migos’ Offset has been arrested, only three months after being released from jail, for driving with a suspended license, TMZ reports.

The rapper’s lawyer Drew Findling told the publication that Offset mistakenly thought the $316 fine for the license and failure to appear in court had been paid for when he got out of jail in December.

Last year, Offset spent 233 days in jail without bail for possession of drugs and firearms. Findling has said the bail cannot be paid until Friday morning so he will have to spend one more night in jail. This January the group released the new mixtape Y.R.N. 2.
