The space includes classic synths and a valve tape machine.

Long-running London club night Secretsundaze has revealed its latest project: a studio space for experienced and aspiring producers in east London.

Located at London Fields venue The Laundry, the Secretsundaze Studios is billed as a “comprehensive production, recording and mixdown facility” filled with new and classic synths, Fender Rhodes and Akai valve tape machine.

The studio is the brainchild of Secretsundaze founders James Priestley and Giles Smith, who enlisted the help of Commix producer George Levings, CDR’s Tony Nwachukwu and Soundthread’s Sam Jones in the creation of the space.

The studio is offering short and longer term sessions during daytime and nighttime hours, with a sound engineer available on request. The in-house artists will also be on hand for mixing and mastering sessions.

Secretsundaze Studios will also be running music production courses alongside talks from guest artists, as well as a new project from CDR called “Out The Box”, where young producers can get feedback on their tracks from Nwachukwu and the CDR community.
