The rapper is hospitalized days before the release of his new mixtape.

Chance The Rapper was hospitalized today, Billboard reports. No word yet has appeared about the cause of the visit, but his concert tonight has been cancelled

Chance was scheduled to perform tonight at Terminal 5 in New York for an event to help fund anti-poverty group The Robin Hood organization. The rapper was replaced with Anderson.Paak, Joey Bada$$, and Mark Ronson. Bada$$ wished Chance well on Twitter while confirming the news.

Chance’s new mixtape Chance 3 is due May 13.
