Capitalizing on the title of recent album Luxury Problems, Modern Love doom-mongerer Andy Stott has dabbled in the world of high fashion.

As Resident Advisor report, Stott has been recruited to soundtrack a glossy advert for upmarket fashion rag Vogue Italia.  The clip features swimwear model Kate Upton strolling around in latex, and takes its cues from Helmut Newton. Not your usual Modern Love fare, then. A selection of Stott compositions, including grinding Passed Me By cut ‘Execution’, are included.

No doubt there’s Tatler commission for Claro Intelecto in the works; in the meantime, you can watch the stylish clip below. Stott’s luscious Luxury Problems is out now on Modern Love.
