The South London trio are a natural fit for Pinch’s esteemed imprint.

Tom Edwards, Matt Benyayer and Carlo Anderson have operated as Dark Sky for a few years, capably cross-breeding divergent stands of underground dance music with an eye towards shadowy dancefloor corners. Earlier this month, the trio teamed up with Breach to release ‘The Click’.

On March 18, Dark Sky will release ‘Confunktion / Double U’ via Tectonic, in vinyl and digital editions. ‘Confunktion’ ebbs and flows with muscular, tech-bass and a non-stop groove, while B-side ‘Double U’ playfully starts and stops with a rubbery melody line.
