The Los Angeles rapper will release his eleventh solo album via New York’s Decon.

Aceyalone is best known for his pioneering work as part of both the group Freestyle Fellowship and the open-mic collective Project Blowed. He’s steadily released solo efforts for years, and on May 28, he’ll return with Leanin’ on Slick. The album is said to continue his exploration of soul-funk-rap hybrids, and the title track (below) gives a taste of what to expect.

The album also includes collaborative efforts with Cee-Lo Green, Aussie soul singer Daniel Merriweather, L.A. singer Treasure Davis, and longtime producer Bionik. The album art and tracklist follow.
