Alan Palomo’s indie pop project Neon Indian is set to be reconfigured by Actress and Boyd Rice, amongst others.

Palomo’s last LP, Era Extraña, saw the chillwave poster boy on tighter, more streamlined form than on his kooky 2009 debut. As Exclaim note, Palomo is set to toast his last album on a new remix EP.

ERRATA ANEX – as cryptic crossword heads will have spotted instantly, an anagram of the Era Extraña – will feature five new remixes. Actress, already primed to remix Dinos Chapman for Record Store Day, will contribute a new version of ‘Blindside Kiss’. Optimo will take on ‘Polish Girl’, Kaleidoscope boss patten will do his glitchy thing on ‘Heart Release’ and classy 80s revivalist Twin Shadow will cast his spell on ‘Hex Girlfriend’. The most striking booking is noise figurehead and general troublemaker Boyd Rice, best known for his work as NON, whose take on ‘Halogen’ is available to stream below.

ERRATA ANEX is due on April 9 via Mom + Pop Music. The Twin Shadow edit is also available to download below in exchange for an email address.

Tracklisting:
1. Polish Girl (Optimo Mix)
2. Halogen (Boyd Rice Remix)
3. Heart Release (Patten Remix)
4. Blindside Kiss (Actress Remix)
5. Hex Girlfriend (Twin Shadow)
