"How the f**k is your song in a Coke commercial?": Lana Del Rey targets Lady Gaga in leaked track 'So Legit'

In bizarre news of the day, here’s a Lana Del Rey song dissing Lady Gaga.

While Del Rey’s been off shooting her latest short film, Tropico, there’s been several leaks of material – most of which, it’s presumed represents demos for her second album, and most of which has been promptly pulled from the internet.

This latest leak, however, is the most bizarre / interesting yet, as it’s a pretty unsubtle diss track towards Lady Gaga. It’s pretty bare bones, with none of the bombast – both vocal and production-wise – that featured on Born to Die, so we’re guessing it predates Dey Rey’s stardom (Del Rey and Gaga, in fact, both had the same manager while coming up, Bob Leone, so there’s certainly a connection there). Here’s some choice lines:

“You’re looking like a man, you’re talking like a baby / How the fuck is your song in a Coke commercial, crazy”

“You called me the queen of the downtown scene, babe / How the fuck would you go switch it up and then replace me?”

“Stefani, you suck, I know you’re selling 20 million / Wish they could have seen you when we booed you off in Williamsburg”

“What happened to Brooklyn, what happened to our scene, baby? / Have we all gone Gaga crazy?”

Not quite ‘Hit ‘Em Up’, is it? You can stream ‘So Legit’ below, until it gets removed at least.
