Those of you who like to raise a fist to the clouds when you hear mention of Chief Keef or Young Thug, the Universe has a gift for you.

‘I’m A Villain’ is an unheard, unreleased track from golden age figurehead  Nas, and is due to be bundled with the repackaged 20-year-anniversary version of the Queens rapper’s stone-cold-classic Illmatic full-length.

It’s a shuffling reminder of just how good Nasty Nas can be when he’s not too busy orchestrating beef or hamming it up with his celebrity friends, and it might even be good enough to elicit a pained smile from the backpack brigade. Who’d have thought?

Illmatic XX will be released on April 15 via Sony.
