Stream the new EP on Jimmy Edgar's Ultramajic, featuring Matrixxman and L-Vis 1990's Dance System

The second Metaphysix EP is dedicated to the fundamentals of rhythm.

Following the mentalism-inspired effort from Aden and Creepy Autograph, Jimmy Edgar‘s Ultramajic imprint will release METAPHYSIX: II, RHYTHM. In true Ultramajic fashion, the six-track EP is inspired by “legends of early Detroit music and arcane philosophical-religious concepts.”

The increasingly-prodigious Matrixxman offers the percussion-heavy ‘Stop It’ and ‘Simulation’ (the latter is also remixed by Creepy Autograph), while L-Vis 1990 dons his Dance System alias for the equally rough ‘RZ1’. The EP is rounded out by the soulful ‘Loveplay’ by Lando (formerly Lando Kal, late of Lazer Sword).

The EP is due out on April 21, with “magickal,” Egypt-inspired artwork by Edgar and Pilar Zeta. Stream it in its entirety below.
