Toro Y Moi offshoot Les Sins mines slinky disco on 'Why' from debut LP Michael

Chaz Bundwick unveils another track from his side project’s debut album.

Toro Y Moi’s dance offshoot Les Sins gives us a glimpse of his forthcoming LP with ‘Why’, a slinky disco track featuring a perky hook from Berkeley singer Nate Salman.

‘Why’ follows the previously unveiled ‘Bother’, with both set to appear on the album, Michael, which is due on November 3 via Company.

Les Sins launched with the split 12″ ‘Taken/Fetch’ in 2012, followed by ‘Grind/Prelims’ last year. Check out production duo FKi’s nifty rewire of ‘Grind’ featuring Atlanta rapper Rome Fortune.
