Battles have finally announced a new album.

La Di Da Di is the follow-up to 2011’s Gloss Drop and it’s coming on September 18 via Warp. The press release describe it as “a mushrooming monolith of repetition” and “an organic techno thrum of nearly infinite loops that refuse to remain consistent,” which sounds ideal if you ask us.

The tracklist doesn’t provide the names of any collaborators; if there aren’t any it would be a departure from the previous full-length, which featured contributions from Yamantake Eye of Boredoms, Matias Aguayo and Gary Numan.

The trio have rustled up some typically brilliant artwork, however. See both below, and the band’s world tour dates underneath.Battles150715
