The Beastie Boys’ classic Paul’s Boutique was released 26 years ago tomorrow.

To mark the occasion, Seattle radio station KEXP 90.3 is playing each song sampled on the record. That’s a whopping 105 tracks if you don’t already know, which means the broadcast will take approximately 12 hours to get through.

As the station notes, you can expect to hear “spoken word artist Lightnin’ Rod, the R&B horn band Tower of Power, Bernard Herrmann’s iconic score from Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho, and the Eagles in close proximity.”

It’s currently six hours in and is expected to run until 6pm EST – listen to the broadcast at the KEXP website. [via Gothamist]
