Another upset year for the Mercury Prize.

Benjamin Clementine has won the Mercury Prize in a surprising upset. Though Jamie xx had been the consistent favorite for his debut In Colour, the last 48 hours showed the British-French pianist and singer rise as an equal favorite to take home the prize, awarded each year to the best album from the UK and Ireland. His debut album At Least For Now beat out fellow major nominees including Aphex Twin and Florence + the Machine in addition to the xx-producer. Take a look at the full list of nominees below.
