Screenings of the film will be accompanied by the same orchestra on A Moon Shaped Pool.

There Will Be Blood, the first of many collaborations between director Paul Thomas Anderson and Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood, will be screened with a live accompaniment from the London Contemporary Orchestra on a UK tour next year.

The LCO has worked with Greenwood before premiering the live-theatrical performance in 2014 and recently working with Radiohead on ‘Burn The Witch’ from A Moon Shaped Pool.

The orchestra features 50 musicians, including one playing Ondes martenot, the early electronic instrument that has grown into one of Greenwood’s signature sounds.

Take a look at the dates below and revisit the film’s opening scene featuring some of Greenwood’s best work.

Jan 30 – London @ Southbank
Feb 05 – Birmingham @ Birmingham Symphony Hall
Feb 06 – Brighton @ The Dome
Feb 07 – Bristol @ Colston Hall
