Listen to James Blake's Harmonimix of Kendrick Lamar's 'm.A.A.d City'

Blake unveils another Harmonimix on his BBC Radio 1 residency.

Only two shows in and James Blake’s Radio 1 show is already paying dividends: after last month’s Beyoncé Harmonimix (and “Burial” phone call), the jack-of-all-trades shared his Harmonimix of Kendrick Lamar’s ‘m.A.A.d City’.

Listen to the remix below and head to the BBC to listen to the full show. Perhaps Blake can get Kendrick and his roommate on a track together?

Update: James Blake has now confirmed to Rolling Stone that he’s actually been asked to collaborate with Kanye West. West’s been on the Blake bandwagon for some time, but the two have yet to collaborate.

“I have been in contact with him,” Blake revealed, saying that the reason they haven’t managed to rustle anything up yet is simply that Kanye doesn’t want to work remotely. “You know, the way that I like to work is bare bones and personal. I think because Kanye’s such an accomplished producer, if I was to work with him, then I think we could do something together, and just together, you know?”
