Stream a new collection of unreleased Arthur Russell recordings.

More than two decades after his death, Arthur Russell‘s legacy has lived on through some amazing posthumous releases including 1994’s Another Thought and 2004’s Calling Out Of Context. Now Audika Records, the label launched in 2004 to honour Russell’s work, will deliver yet another new release from the man behind our single favorite album of the 1980s.

Titled Corn, the album collects recordings from 1982-1983 and primarily features solo recordings from Russell on cello, keyboards, rhythm machine programming, vocals, and production.

Corn will be released June 9. Stream it in full via NPR.
