The Chicago rapper won three awards at the ceremony.

Chance the Rapper won three awards at last night’s Grammys – best new artist, best rap performance and best rap album for Coloring Book, making history as the first time the accolade has gone to a streamed-only album.

Chance marked the occasion by performing a medley of songs from his Grammy-winning album, including ‘How Great’ and ‘All We Got.’

Joined by Kirk Franklin, Francis and the Lights, Tamela Mann and a huge gospel choir, the Chicago rapper thanked God “for my mother and my father, who supported me since I was young, for Kirsten, for Kensli, for all of Chicago, and I want to thank God for putting amazing people in my life,” while accepting his award for best new artist.

He also thanked his brother, rapper Taylor Bennett and gave a shoutout to independent artists in his acceptance speech for best rap album. Watch a clip of him performing ‘All We Got’ – backed by a gospel choir – below.
