All proceeds will go to the charity.

Skepta has announced a special London gig in aid of housing and homelessness charity Shelter.

The one-off show, which is taking place at Islington Assembly Hall on Tuesday April 4, will feature a number of “surprise special guests.”

Tickets are limited to 750 and will cost £40 each, with all proceeds going to Shelter. They will be allocated via ballot, which will be open for just 48 hours, from 10am today (March 28) until 10am on Thursday March 30.

Speaking about the show, the grime star said: “I am a man of the people and I can’t wait to touch down.”

“Every penny raised from this very special gig will help Shelter to be there for more people and to ensure that no-one has to fight bad housing or homelessness on their own,” says Shelter’s Graeme Brown.
