Artwork has been around the block.

Real name Arthur Smith, he spent the late ’90s and early ’00s knocking out garage anthems like it was nothing (with D’n’D, Menta and under his own name), while running the studio above seminal Croydon record store Big Apple. It was at Big Apple where he met Skream and Benga – the three of them went on to form Magnetic Man, and become dubstep’s first major label-signed, chart-topping success story.

FACT interviewed Artwork at Red Bull’s South London studios. On November 7, Magnetic Man will be on stage at RBMA’s Culture Clash at Wembley Arena. As you’ll see at the end of the video, this time around, you’ll be able to join them in the spotlight – more information on that here.
